At Lowen Perio we pride ourselves on providing safe, effective and affordable treatment. We understand that the financial aspect of dental treatment can be confusing. Before starting treatment, we want you to have a clear understanding of your financial and insurance options, as well as your patient responsibilities. InsuranceDental insurance can play a significant role in your treatment. Submitting your paperwork and insurance card in advance allows us to prepare your benefit materials before your first consultation appointment. We are happy to submit insurance claims on your behalf and to help you answer any questions related to your policy. We do our best to help you maximize your benefits, however you are ultimately responsible for your total dental fees and co-payments. We are a Delta Dental Premier Provider and a community provider with Kaiser (referral required).Financing optionsWe provide Cherry Payment plans which allow you to receive the dental care you need when you need it.
